Pattern July Fries

Very nice but I almost hate because it gives that false sense that Fall is just around the corner when in fact it's around the corner, over the bridge, through the woods and beyond the mountain.

And in the highest room in the tallest tower of a magical castle far far away that’s guarded by a fire breathing dragon :) #endlesssummer

And 100% no rain! Going to be a little dry for awhile! We need Beryl to make it in the E Gulf, up into the panhandle! One or two models are showing that track, probably one is NAVGEM!
Only rely on the NAVGEM in winter when it shows big snow at 144.

Got up to 90 here today and the dew point only got down to 63, so ultimately it still didn’t feel that great lol. DP is already up to 67, so I’m expecting tomorrow to be back to normal summer conditions. Should be about 2 months till we start see some signs of fall!

Summertime rain is very subjective. I'm in your camp though, my back yard has seen very little rain the past few months, while others nearby have had more than they would like. I'm always in favor of a TS to deliver rain in our area, as a much higher percentage of our summers are dry rather than wet.

Rain is coming!

The 40-60% chance of rain over the weekend has disappeared! The summer just keeps getting better! Last measurable rain was July 5th

NWS says storms likely here tonight and have a 60% chance in the forecast. And it's quiet.

Cant really tell from satellite where the front is going to line up today in central NC. Makes all the difference as to whether we see storms or not.

I think most storms will be from Asheville-CLT line, and south. I’m not even sure if the upstate gets any, we are on the N edge, IMO

NE winds aren’t really going to help here. That’s not a great wind direction for storms!
